LOOK’S MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER HOLDS SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
TORONTO, July 5, 2010 - Look Communications Inc. (“Look” or the “Corporation”) (TSXVenture: LOK and LOK.A) reported
today that Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. (“UBS”), the Corporation’s majority shareholder (39.2 per cent economic interest and a 37.6
per cent voting interest), held a Special Meeting of its shareholders. The meeting approved a resolution calling for the replacement
of UBS’ Board of Directors and the election of three new directors – Messrs.Robert Ulicki, Grant McCutcheon and Henry Eaton.

LOOK COMMUNICATIONS COMPLETES REDEMPTION OF ITS CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES
TORONTO, May 25, 2010 – Look Communications Inc. (“Look” or the “Corporation”) (TSX Venture: LOK and LOK.A) today
announced that it has completed the previously-announced redemption of $3,242,000 principal amount of its outstanding 7 per cent
secured convertible debentures (“Debentures”) for cash. The Debentures were issued by Look in February 2004 pursuant to a rights
offering. The Corporation has had the right to redeem the Debentures since January 1, 2007.

LOOK COMMUNICATIONS - LOOK OBTAINS COURT ORDER AGAINST BELL CANADA.
TORONTO and MONTRÉAL, March 19, 2008 – Look Communications Inc. (TSX Venture: LOK and LOK.A) (“Look” or the “Corporation”) announced today that it has been granted an Order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice compelling Bell Canada to, amongst other things, deliver its Affidavit of Documents to Look by no later than October 1, 2008 (the “deadline”). Despite agreeing to a Court imposed timetable on August 13, 2007 to exchange an Affidavit of Documents with Look by November 16, 2007, Bell Canada has failed to adhere to its obligations before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice prompting the action initiated by Look.
