LOOK ANNOUNCES NEW TRADING SYMBOLS ON TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

Toronto and Montreal, June 19, 2006 – Look Communications Inc. (TSX Venture: LOK and LOK.A, formerly LOK.MV and LOK.SV) today announced new trading symbols for the Company effective from June 19, 2006 due to the discontinuation by the TSX Group of its symbol extension program.

The following table sets out the changes:
