Look wishes to thank all of its customers who have shown us tremendous loyalty and ongoing trust with the provisioning of their information, communication and entertainment needs over the past 10 years.

We at Look have always believed that the customer comes first and for this reason we have done everything feasible to ensure a smooth transition of services to Telnet and Bell Canada in a simple, efficient and transparent manner. We are confident that Telnet, which acquired our internet base, and Bell Canada, which acquired our video subscribers, will continue to respect this long-standing commitment to customer service and appreciation.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind our loyal television customers that the generous offer negotiated with Bell Canada will remain active until November 15th, 2009 at which point Look will unfortunately be terminating all services to its subscribers.

Finally, Look wishes to express a very heartfelt thank you to all of its employees who have demonstrated tremendous loyalty and dedication during the wind-down of Look’s operations. Despite the personal impact to each and every employee, no one ever lost sight of that customer centric focus. We wish everyone the best success in their future endeavours and will greatly miss the family atmosphere that Look has created over the past 10 years.
